Born in Dresden - the East German city nicknamed “Florence on the Elbe” - Silvio travelled around the world from a quite young age thanks to his passion for cooking, which took him to an impressive number of countries. A fan of this sport since the early 2000s, he entered professional cycling in 2017, and has since enjoyed every single moment of this journey.
Silvio loves preparing food for the riders, especially when he can throw in a burger and some fries, and when he’s not with the team on the road, he is on his mountain bike. He also boasts an eclectic music taste, listening for everything from classical to techno and from electro to drum and bass.
