The Omega Pharma – Quick-Step Cycling Team is happy to announce it will hold its second annual OPQS Fan Day, returning again after a very successful first year in 2012! The event will be held on June 2nd! Our team is always trying to get closer to our fans. We believe our fans are a big part of our system and our success. That is why we are working on creating these kinds of events and always thinking of a new way to involve you — as you are a part of the team — as much as we can.
Sport and pleasure combined
During the 2013 season the Omega Pharma – Quick-Step Cycling Team keeps you up to date on the website and social media feeds. The team also wants to engage with fans offline by organizing the official fan day. The superb event will be held at the beautiful Domain of Puyenbroeck which is located in Wachtebeke (Oost Vlaanderen). You find out more about this location here: http://www.puyenbroeck.be/
It is a great opportunity for OPQS fans to meet with our riders and enjoy a bicycle ride with them. There will be a cycle tour of 25 kilometers (family ride), or 80 kilometers for the more experienced riders. Of course the OPQS champions in attendance will accompany the fans during their ride. There will also be fun and games surrounding the event for the young supporters to enjoy, and promotions facilitated by the team's sponsors.
Besides all activities, there will also be a chance for the fans to touch the materials of OPQS by getting on the official team bus, an autograph session where fans can meet riders and take pictures, and a BBQ to close out the day.

As we are a Belgian based team, we wanted to stay close to our roots by hosting the event locally in Belgium.
