Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team rider Pieter Serry was the top finisher in a stage decided by a select group on Monday.
Serry finished 9th, arriving in a group two minutes behind Luis Leon Sanchez (Belkin), winner of the 136.4km 3rd Stage. Tom Jelte Slagter (Belkin) was 2nd, and Romain Bardet (AG2R - La Mondiale) was 3rd. Slagter is now the race leader.
Dries Devenyns of OPQS was also 12th, in a stage with four categorized climbs — one Category 4, one Category 3, and two were Category 1 ascents.
OPQS looks next to a final 126.2km Stage on Tuesday.
