Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team rider Iljo Keisse, and Dutch teammate Wim Stroetinga, officially are in the lead at Six Days of Ghent with one night remaining!
After battling hard to stay in 2nd for several days, the Team Renson - OPQS duo are now in great position after Day 5 on Saturday. The big break was all Keisse, as he won the ploegkoers. Keisse and Stroetinga also won the 2nd derny heat, as well as the Derny finale. This was enough to spring the two riders into the top spot! They hope to continue this momentum on the final day of Six Days of Ghent on Sunday. Good luck Iljo, and Wim as well!
