OPQS rider Andrew Fenn was the top finisher in the 171km Tour de l'Eurométropole Stage 2 bunch sprint on Friday.
The original breakaway came back together with 45 km to go. Guillaume Van Keirsbulck and Stijn Vandenbergh made it into a 15 rider breakaway, but that was also brought back with 20km to go.
Fenn finished 16. Arnaud Demare (FDJ.fr) won his second straight stage. Jens Debusschere (Lotto-Belisol) was 2nd, and Theo Bos (Belkin) 3rd.
OPQS looks next to a 174km Stage 3 on Saturday.
