Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team will race the 835.6km Vuelta Ciclista al Pais Vasco from April 2 to April 7. One of the big focuses for the team, according to Sports Director Brian Holm, is getting to the Stage 6 18.9km time trial, in Oñati, with someone in general classification contention.
"I think we have quite a solid squad down there," Holm said. "It should be good for both Tony and Levi. If they can do well in the mountains they will be in good position for the time trial. Both of them are good at the time trial, but the entire team is in good shape right now. Things have been going good for the team in general. We've been winning a lot in Belgium the last few weeks, so we hope we can pick up a win in Pais Vasco."
