“A Wolfpack is a family, it moves together and lives together; no one gets left behind, because a Wolfpack’s strength is unity” – this is the motto by which our team – both riders and staff – guide themselves every single day, and a motto embraced since last year, when we launched the concept, also by our fans.
For them, the fans whose unbridled passion and unconditional support have been such an important part of our success ever since the team’s inception back in 2003, we are launching today the Wolfpack kit, specially designed for all you enthusiast racers out there, which we are putting on sale on the team’s webshop at a special price.
Inspired by iconic jerseys of cycling history, we have designed a kit that stands out by its “less is more” aesthetics. Using a limited but stylish colour palette of black and gold, the design is aimed to support the functionality of the high-quality fabrics and supreme cut of the jersey and bib shorts.
Rooted in history, but with a contemporary feel and aimed at the future by its timeless design and state of the art materials and fit, this kit consisting of an extremely light jersey, comfortable shorts, vest, cap, gloves and socks, is engineered to perfection in close cooperation between Vermarc and the most demanding riders in the world and is designed for both training and racing.
The Wolfpack kit is made of only the best materials used by our Deceuninck – Quickstep riders. The Vermarc PR.R Aero line contains flat lock stitching in both jersey and bib short, keeping the different panels almost invisibly together. A new Aero sleeve has been integrated in the jersey which feels like a “second skin” and is fashionably long.
Back and front of the jersey are made “bodyfit” to ensure that the rider is as aero as possible. The invisible zip is also an asset giving the kit a fast look and appearing to be cut out of one piece of fabric. The blackest of bib shorts are made of the best polyamide and elasthane while the bibs fabric, called “sensitive”, contain polyester/elasthane giving a smooth feel on your back. The finishing touch is the large elastic band with silicone on the inside keeping the bibs from crawling up while riding.
