This is a passion that we share here at Deceuninck – Quick-Step and we want to help you keep riding your bike. Cycling is a great form of exercise but also puts a lot of strain on the body.
So, with the help of our physiotherapist Steven Vrancken and Danish rider Mikkel Honoré, we have put together this video showing you how to stretch and care for the most important muscles and joints in the body for cycling.
