Everyone knows how the Deceuninck – Quick-Step riders came into the sport or what are their most important results to date, but few know what movies and music they enjoy, or where they like to spend their holidays. Here’s your chance to find out all these things.
Favourite TV series: As almost everyone, I too am on Netflix and whenever I am in the mood, I watch some shows there. Currently, I am watching “Shooter” and “Casa de Papel”. Both are gripping and keep you on the edge of the seat, making for an excellent pastime, especially during stage races and training camps.
Favourite holiday destination: The two most exotic countries I have visited are Egypt and Kenya, and in both of them it was fantastic. In the latter, I went on a safari and saw all kinds of animals that you see on the TV growing up – like lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes – and all this made for an unforgettable experience.
Favourite video games: FIFA on my PlayStation. I like playing it with my older brother, when we are both at home, we set up championships and have some real fun and exciting head-to-head matches.
Favourite football team: Juventus Torino. I am a fan since I’ve been a kid and I try to watch all their games. This year, the fight for the title looks to be tougher and more challenging than in the past couple of seasons, but in the end, I hope they will come out on top again.
Other sports I follow: Football is one of them, of course, but I also like alpine skiing and cross-country skiing, which I find very relaxing.
