The Czech rider was involved in a crash at Dwars door het Hageland
After the crash that forced him to abandon Saturday’s race, Zdenek Stybar was taken to hospital for examination. There it was revealed that he had suffered a small avulsion fracture to his 4th finger, and a small fissure to his elbow, both on his right side.
He will continue to be monitored in the coming days, with no decision yet made about when he can race again.
