Kristof Vandewalle was again the top finisher for Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team at Tour of Austria, in a stage that came down to a bunch sprint after a seven rider break had dwindled to just one rider in the final kilometers.
Vandewalle was 37th on Tuesday at the 141km 3rd Stage.
Sacha Modolo (Colnago) won the sprint by more than a bike length, with Daniel Schorn (Team NetApp) taking 2nd and Francesco Gavazzi (Astana Pro Team) finishing 3rd. Danilo Di Luca (Acqua & Sapone) remains at the top of the GC, 11" ahead of Steve Morabito (BMC Racing Team) in 2nd.
The team looks next to another 141km stage on Wednesday.
