Niki Terpstra has passed further examination today at the Herentals clinic in Belgium.
The new medical checks have excluded any fracture. Terpstra has a contusion on his left shoulder, a wound on the left elbow and knee. Niki will return to training in 5 days.
"It won't be easy because I have a lot of pain, the crash was really bad," Terpstra said. "It could have been even worse. But I will try to do my best and return to training ASAP — I'm motivated. The Olympics are really important to me."
