Have you dreamt of being a mechanic for a professional cycling team? Have you ever wondered if you have what it takes to help some of the world’s best cyclists to perform at the highest level?
At Soudal Quick-Step and AG Insurance – Soudal we are delighted to announce that this summer we will be running our first Bike Clinic event, which offers a unique chance to try what it is like to be a mechanic for the team.
We are inviting budding technical specialists to send in an application letter, CV or video of themselves, telling us why you should be chosen. The best 12 candidates will then be chosen to attend the Bike Clinic, which will be held at Shimano’s facilities in Mechelen, Belgium. There they will have a chance to meet the team’s technical management and talked through what would be involved in being a mechanic for one of the world’s best teams. Then will then be asked to perform a series of tasks, aimed at demonstrating their technical skills.
The mechanic who is chosen as having the best technical skills as well as deemed to have the spirit that would be fit with the Wolfpack, will be given the chance to work as a ‘stagiaire’ mechanic with the team, at a stage race later in the year.

Entries must be submitted between 03/07/2024 and 21/07/2024 and are open to all suitable candidates aged 18+. All travel and accommodation expenses must be borne by the entrant.
