Our coaches and riders to use popular platform to plan and analyse training and performance.

Soudal Quick-Step have announced that they are to partner with TrainingPeaks, with our athletes and coaches using their platform plan and analyse training and performance.

The Colorado-based TrainingPeaks are seen as the world’s leading web, mobile and desktop platform for elite athletes and coaches, that allows unique analysis of the performance data collated while training and racing. The platform is built to enhance the symbiotic relationship between rider and our coaching and performance staff, allowing both to analyse the data collated from our riders Shimano power meters, CORE body temperature sensors, and Garmin head units, heartrate straps and smart trainers, in order to accordingly set out structured training and helping them towards their goals.

Speaking of the agreement, Soudal Quick-Step head coach Koen Pelgrim said: “It is a big thing for us to be able to have this agreement with TrainingPeaks. Their unique platform makes the collation, analysis and build of a suitable training plan a two-way relationship between us and our riders. We are looking forward to a fruitful partnership.”

“We are proud to support the Soudal Quick-Step coaches and athletes as their official software provider”, said Dirk Friel, TrainingPeaks co-founder and Chief Evangelist. “This partnership adds to the extensive list of UCI professional teams that trust TrainingPeaks to help them perform at the highest level and compete on the world stage.”
