The 45-year-old Belgian to become a member of the performance team.
Frederik Broché to join Soudal Quick-Step will join our performance team. The 45-year-old from Gent brings a wealth of knowledge, having been involved in cycling for some years, first as an amateur racer and then as a coach, guiding several young riders to successful careers in the pro ranks.
Having joined the Belgian National Federation, firstly coaching younger riders at the Topsport school, he went on to take on a coordinator’s role with British Cycling. After two successful years in Manchester, more recently he has been a technical director at Belgian Cycling. Frederick is well known to many of the riders and staff of our team, having been a regular on the Belgium cycling scene for a number of years.
Broché to join Soudal Quick-Step is expected to join the squad in time to be present at our December training camp in Calpe, Spain.
