Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team has new talent riding with the team at Tour of Denmark. Young rider Florian Senechal was signed as a stagiaire, and will be riding alongside Tom Boonen and others of OPQS this week.
Senechal, a French cyclist who won Paris-Roubaix Juniors in 2011, could fit in well with Belgian based OPQS — a team with many riders capable of doing well in the Classics.
"This is a great opportunity for me to be racing with Omega Pharma - Quick-Step," Senechal said. "It is a amazing to ride with a team with such history. I am honored to wear the same jersey as riders such as Tony Martin, Sylvain Chavanel, and Levi Leipheimer. It is also a dream to ride alongside someone like Tom Boonen, who is like a Classics hero to me. I hope I can represent this team well with the chance I am given in these next days."
