Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team sprinter Andrew Fenn took a 5th place in the second stage of Le Tour de Langkawi. The stage over 117 kilometres finished in a bunch sprint again.
A group of 5 riders animated the stage, but the peloton reeled them in with 10 kilometres to go. The sprint trains came on track early, guiding the bunch to another bunch sprint. In that sprint Theo Bos (Blanco) took the win again, extending his overall lead. Andrea Guardini (Astana) and Aidis Kruopis (Orica - GreenEDGE) ended 2nd and 3rd. After he finished outside the top-10 yesterday, Fenn took a 5th place today.
