Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team rider Andrew Fenn grabbed another 5th place in stage 7 of Le Tour de Langkawi. Fenn also finished 5th in stage 2 and 4.
During stage 7 the riders covered 149,8 km from Kuantan to Dungun. Several teams aimed at a bunch sprint, so an early breakaway didn`t stand a chance. They were caught with 30 kilometres to go. The lead out trains took command of the bunch then and the pace was really high. Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team was also pulling at the front of the bunch to bring Andrew Fenn in a good position.
In the sprint Andrea Guardini (Astana) took the win in front of Francesco Chicchi (Fini Vantini) and Aidis Kruopis (Orica GreenEDGE). Fenn finished 5th.
