About

Soudal Quick-Step is a World Tour cycling team established in 2003 and based in Wevelgem, Belgium – a city that’s iconic for Flemish cycling. Since its inception, Soudal Quick-Step has scored more than 980 UCI victories, including one Grand Tour, 22 Monuments, 70 National Titles, 7 Road World Championships, 8 ITT World Championships, 4 TTT World Championships, 2 World Cups, 4 European Championships and three Olympic Gold Medals.

Currently made up of 30 riders from 11 different countries, Soudal – Quick-Step has built an extraordinary reputation over the years, becoming one of the most successful squads in the history of the sport under the guidance of Patrick Lefevere. Since the beginning of 2025, Jurgen Foré came in charge of the running of the team on a day-to-day basis as the new CEO, while Patrick Lefevere became an honorary member of the board, which includes also shareholder Mr. Zdenek Bakala and the team’s legal counsel Auret Van Zyl.

Our organisation also runs both a men’s Devo team and a Junior one, made up of 17 and 9 riders, respectively, and the reason for this is that we strongly believe in investing in youth and guiding their first steps in the sport, because the best way a team can grow is building and implementing an organic system.

The Wolfpack focuses on its Belgian roots, but also strives to have an international impact. In addition to the more than 50 riders of our three squads, Soudal Quick-Step employs a total of 91 staff members, numbers that underline how vast and well set up our project is, one of the most solid and complex in the world of cycling.

Wolfpack spirit

Soudal Quick-Step is more than an organisation, it’s a family built on the strong interhuman relationships developed between its members, because the people are our most precious asset. Thanks to the people that are at the core of our successful project, we have managed to grow with each season that has passed since 2003, the year that this team was created. Over these more than two decades, we have managed to create a brand, build rock-solid relationships, define a clear identity, and establish ourselves as a strong and reliable company.

We are The Wolfpack, an identity recognized by stakeholders and fans from all over the world, a group whose soul is made up by its riders and its staff, because as we already said, the people are centric in our project. Since our inception, we have produced many glorious pages, but the most important ones are those yet to be written. Those who are today part of Soudal Quick-Step are working hard and showcasing their unwavering dedication so that those who will become part of the team in the future will be aware of the importance, the unique DNA and the heart of this team, as well as the principles that guide it.

The Wolfpack is more than a concept, it’s a mentality deeply ingrained in our team. The Wolfpack moves together and acts as one regardless of the situations. The Wolfpack means being there for one another, supporting each member through good and bad. Like the wolf in a pack, each of us has a function – the bigger ones have the back of the smaller, the stronger protect those in trouble – because at the end of the day we all want the same thing: to be the best and achieve our goals.

Wolfpack philosophy

We like winning! Let’s face it, who doesn’t? We like leaving our mark on the world of cycling and writing history with each opportunity. But at the end of the day, that’s not the most important thing for us. Victories come and go, and the tables can turn anytime. That’s why what matters the most for us is doing what we do with the utmost professionalism and by respecting the other competitors.

Here, at Soudal Quick-Step, we pride ourselves with our identity and mentality, but also with the many fans who throughout the years have become a vital part of the team. They are there to support us not just on the road, but also on our social media platforms, the combined total of 1.7 million followers making for an incredibly strong community – one of the most impressive in the sport – which grows with each year that passes.

Having so many loyal fans who are at our side is a key indicator of the team’s enduring popularity, and that’s one of the reasons we strive to lead by example. Soudal Quick-Step is more than a team, it’s a complex organisation made of numerous sponsors, riders and staff members who all share the same vision and values that we use as guiding light each day. Together, we try to make the difference not just in cycling, but also through our ESG projects which are a mirror of who we are and what we strongly believe in.

Mission Statement

One group of friends, young wolves and old hands, one for all - all for one, an ingrained team spirit, a strong winning mentality before, during and after the race, to dare and to act, a group, but above all, one team, one pack …
