Ben Price

A former mountain bike racer, Ben lives in the Peak District – yes, that same one made famous by Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice” novel – together with his wife and two young boys. Having developed a passion for nutrition during his racing days, he eventually earned a Master Degree in Sports Nutrition, which led to him working in cycling for a number of years before becoming a member of our team at the start of this year, a dream come true in his own words.

 

“I remember hearing an interview with Mark Cavendish after a big win in the Tour, saying that the team was a special place and this was a big part of the reason it’s so successful. Experiencing the Wolfpack first hand at the first training camp, you can see it’s more of a family than just a cycling team and why this helps make it so successful. For me, it’s a huge honour to be part of it”, says Ben, who is involved in a major landscaping project at home, where he also likes to ride pump tracks with his eldest son in an attempt to retain the title of best bike rider in the house.
