Biography of Kurt

Like many members of the team, Kurt Van Roosbroeck involvement in the sport was influenced by his family. His father was a former cyclist and several of his uncles and brothers working as mechanics.

As well as describing cycling as being in his blood, he also says that is an incurable disease that he has, as he loves the sport and watches as much as possible, even when not travelling with the team. Kurt says that he loves working with the younger riders as they help him to stay young and energetic.

When he can prize himself away from cycling, he enjoys watching football, with his team being KFC Westerlo, where his youngest son Yannick plays in the second team.
