Biography of Simon

Simon first took up cycling as a means of transport during his school years, but his passion for the sport grew as he watched the iconic battles between Tom Boonen and Fabian Cancellara in the cobbled Classics.

Working as a freelance chef with our team in the past, Simon also worked in a top Antwerp restaurant, where he impressed with his skills. Now joining Soudal Quick-Step full-time, he not only cooks at races but also develops healthy and delicious recipes, coordinates the kitchen team, and ensures the cook truck is always ready to roll.
