Biography of Steven

Physiotherapist Steven Vrancken has helped to look after our riders for several years, working for the team during several of its incarnations.

Having grown up in Ninove in Belgium, Steven studied physio therapy when he was asked to stand in for a colleague one day, who was looking or a junior cycling team. After enjoying working with the team he continued to enjoy working in the sport, and made some connections, which led to him working with Omega Pharma – Lotto and then Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl.

As well as the great atmosphere amongst the riders and the staff, Steven says that he admires the professionalism amongst the team, with his favourite race being Strade Bianche.
